Survivor
The term began with the children studying earthquakes and volcanoes. They read the book “Survivor – Escape from Pompeii.” This led them on nicely to the second part of the term where they are learning about what life was like in Roman Britain.
Year 4 had a Super Tuesday morning on Zoom with Karin Littlewood, author and illustrator of ‘Seahorse’ – our Pop-Up book. The children created different drawings and started making some story seeds (ideas for stories just through drawing!)
